Project Weightloss (PWL) is a 12 Week exercise intervention programme targeted at overweight and inactive individuals. This summer we are delighted to offer a 6-week taster programme. Participants who complete the taster programme will be offered a place on the full 12-week September programme.
Individuals with a body mass index of 25 and over are eligible for the programme. Sessions are run weekly online and outdoors restriction permitting.
Sessions comprise of a wide range of exercise activities, equipping participants with the tools to be able to manage their weight in a healthy and safe manner.
