Wolfhound Fitness is excited to launch a 3-week course on the Fundamentals of Running, led by coaches Ciara Foy and Joe Nangle.
This course is designed to help you improve running technique, build efficiency, and reduce injury risk. Whether you’re training for Hyrox, racing, or just looking to move better, you’ll gain practical tools to take your running to the next level.
When: Wednesdays at 7:30pm (22nd, 29th Oct & 5th Nov)
