| On Sunday 14th September Banbridge CC will once again promote the popular Thomas White Memorial Time Trial, incorporating the Cycling Ireland Paracycling National Series. EVENT DETAILS Event HQ, Start Times & Registration Location: Newry Rd, Warrenpoint Parking is available in Warrenpoint town centre. Please refrain from parking near the start and finish areas. Riders are asked to be at the start line 5 minutes in advance of their start time and make themselves known to the race officials at the start area. The first rider will start at 11:01 am, 2nd rider 11:02, etc. A full start list, with starting times, will be published following the closure of the online registration on Thursday 11th September. Registration is now open via Eventmaster at a cost of £9 per rider. You can enter here. Course Due to the construction works associated with the new Narrow Water bridge there are some associated road restrictions in place. This means that whilst the course will remain largely the same as in previous years, the start has been moved to just beyond the main roundabout at the start of the dual carriageway travelling from Warrenpoint to Newry. From here travel on the dual carriageway to the main Greenbank roundabout on the outskirts of Newry before returning on the opposite side of the dual carriageway. Continue straight through the main roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway towards the finish which is approximately 750 metres away. This will be marked with a chequered flag. Riders should ensure they are familiar with the start and finish locations – these will be well marked out.
