Every distance takes you through the breathtaking Glenmore Valley, nestled in the heart of the Cooley Peninsula — legendary land of the Táin. The Half & Full Marathon routes boast panoramic views over Omeath, Carlingford Lough, and the majestic Mourne Mountains.

• Start Times:
• Marathon: 8:00 AM
• All other races: 10:00 AM
• 5K Transport: Buses leave at 9:15 AM from the church beside Mullaghbuoy Community Centre.
• Parking: Ample parking at Mullaghbuoy Community Centre.
• Race Pack Collection: From 7:00 AM at Mullaghbuoy Community Centre.
• Hydration Stations: Strategically placed on all routes (self-sufficiency encouraged to reduce waste).
*Participation Requirements*
• Bring your registration confirmation for check-in & number collection.
• Respect age requirements per race. (minimum age 13 yrs).
• Consider a health check-up before attempting longer distances.
• Marathon cut-off time: 6.5 hours. (Chipped timing will be unavailable after cut-time)
