FRESHERS WEEK: Ruaile Buaile 10/09

Ruaile Buaile are an Irish based 5 piece twisted-trad band, based in the midlands of Ireland.

The group formed in 2011. In 2021, world renowned musician Cathal Guinan (Fiddle) joined the band, followed by Seán Bourke (banjo) in 2023. Along with original members Niall Kelly (Vocals and Guitar), Jack Godley (Percussion) and Shane Lynam (Vocals and Bass), the quintet are entertaining audiences with a bigger than ever sound.

From upbeat old Irish favourites, ground thumping trad, and unique twists on recent day classics, this collective are bringing their energy to masses around Ireland and further afield. 

Their concerts not to be missed. If they’re near you, go and see them. You will not be disappointed!

Act will be announced September 4th. Gates for this event will open at 7:30 pm.

Strictly over 18 Students ONLY. Must have a valid student card and age ID.
Restricted to UL students only until September 4th (subject to availability).
Non UL Students must be signed in by a UL Student (1 guest per UL Student).
If the event sells out before opening to guests, non UL Students will not gain entry to the event.

• Searching in place.
• Strict entry protocols and the right of admission is reserved.
• Intoxicated guest will not gain entry.
• Last entry to the event is strictly 9:30pm.
