Cork Sports Partnership is delighted to deliver this FREE schools walking workshop in collaboration with the HSE Health Promotions Team.
If you are interested in promoting walking within your school or youth group this workshop will be of great benefit to you.
The workshop covers:
- Physical Activity, Guidelines and current situation
- Walking & Active Travel initiatives for school aged children
- Get Your School Walking Resource
- Step into Spring Schools challenge
- Practical exercises

- Waht to bring: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking
