Workshop Monday 13th February at 7pm on Zoom
Amy, a Canoeing Ireland Bridge the Gap Ambassador and Kayak Instructor, is a Chartered Physiotherapist, a Pilates Instructor and teacher specialising in injuries and special population living in West Cork.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Amy has put together for Canoeing Ireland members a female specifc workshop focusing on the tummy area, shoulders and pelvic floor and linked to the different stages of change the female body goes through.
Throughout the 45 minutes you will go through a series of simple exercises and a waterside workout to get your body ready to enjoy paddling and prevent injury as much as possible.
This workshop is open to women of all ages/stages of life. There will be variations of difficulty offered for the different exercises enabling you to choose the level of self-challenge.
At the end of the workout, Amy will be available to answer questions and/or clarify any of the exercises.
What you'll need:
Note: The workout will be in a Webinar format on Zoom so you won't need to have your cameras on. The questions at the end will be done through the Q&A function.
