Open Water Swimming Workshops Bettystown Fri 25th Aug 2023

This workshop is ideal for existing Open Water swimmers who want to Enhance their Open Water Safety Skills and knowledge on Tides, Waves and Winds and learn Open Water Swimming Breathing, Technique and Confidence

If you can already Swim but want to develop your skills further please book this workshop.

The workshop is for over 18s only and is open to all levels and abilities but participants must be able to swim.

Please select only one workshop, it is strictly 1 workshop per participant as content is the same across all workshops and we want to ensure this is available to as many people as possible.

Cost €20 per participant, includes Tow Float. Participants are encouraged to wear a Wet Suit, Protective shoes and gloves, goggles and a swimming hat, but these are not mandatory.
