Long Throws Squads 2026. This is for long throws athletes (U13 & older) who will compete in their Dublin/Provincial Championships - 2026.
The Long Throws Squads - Spring 2026 is for Juvenile athletes (U13 & older) who intend competing in Discus, Hammer, and Javelin in their Dublin/Provincial Championships - 2026. Development & Performance Athletes will be supported. Please register for your event which will give you access to attend all 4 squad sessions.
Squad details (Dates and Locations) are outlined below. Any changes / updates will be sent to the email provided when registering.
DAY 1- Sat, 17th January, Tullamore Harriers AC
DAY 2- Sat/Sun, 7th/8th February, details to be confirmed.
DAY 3- Sat, 28th February, Tullamore Harriers AC
DAY 4- Sat, 21st March, Tullamore Harriers AC
