The Science of Menopause – What is Menopause and what is happening to our bodies?

Training for the Menopausal Athlete – How our training needs change as our bodies change. How to train, when to train, how hard to train and what sort of training is most effective.

Case studies on adapting training plans- Fit4life through to performance (solutions to stop the 30% drop out rates)

Nutrition for the Menopausal Athlete – How to change our fuelling strategy and to match what is going on in our body and answering questions such as 'Why has exercise become so difficult? and Why am I gaining weight ?'
