The event will take place on Sunday, November 8th at The Lyrath Hotel in Kilkenny. As a lady of a certain age, I found myself not feeling right; I just wasn't feeling like myself. I was super tired and anxious. Even though I was so tired, I couldn't sleep. My brain was going, going, and going nonstop. 

 

I am in a privileged position because I work with people within the medical field who helped me. As you all know, I have worked with Oonagh O'Hagan for 10 years now. Oonagh set me on the right track. With the help of a Doctor and the pharmacist, I was prescribed the correct hormones, and can I just say, girls, I have returned to myself.
