Intermediate Women OTP - Feb/March 2022

Zoom Session

This Online Training Programme is suitable for females with a minimum of 6 weeks of low(er) intensity work before this plan.


Event Description:

As part of the Cycling Ireland Women in Sport campaign, we are once again excited to offer a 6 week Online Training Programme for intermediate women. 

This programme is designed to increase in intensity and volume over the 6 weeks and we would recommend a minimum of 6 weeks of low(er) intensity work before this plan.

The sessions will build your fitness throughout the six weeks and we recommend choosing a goal you'd like to reach, this could be distance orientated, perhaps tackling a local hill, increasing cadence etc whatever you choose we will help you stay focused for the 6 weeks! These sessions will give you the opportunity to train with other likeminded women at the same time. 

The sessions will take place via Zoom from 7pm - 8pm on the following dates;

Wednesday 23rd February 2022

Wednesday 2nd March 2022

Wednesday 9th March 2022

Time: 7pm - 8pm


The Zoom sessions will be recorded, and a link sent out by the following morning so you can catch up, if a live session is missed.


What do I need?

A set of rollers/a turbo trainer/indoor bike. You do not need a smart trainer to take part. 

A laptop/enabled desktop/tablet or phone that can access Zoom. You also need to register free for Zoom and download it before the session.
