Walking football -This taster session is designed to encourage men and women over 40 of all fitness levels to keep active and enjoy playing football. The game is played on a smaller pitch at walking pace. The session will involve a warm up consisting of different movements and stretches followed by approximately 40 minutes of game time. Walking Football is a great way for people to get back into sport and get involved in physical activity. Come down and give it a go!
As part of Meath LSP’s response plan to the Covid 19 Coronavirus and reducing the infection spread, participants will asked to adhere to 2m distancing, use of hand sanitizer before and after the event and the completion of a Covid Self Declaration 24 hours prior to the start (form will be sent via email/text).
