Fergy and the Lake 2025

Fergy and the Lake is a national event that is the work of many clubs and organisations from all around Ireland working together, the event is being held as a celebration of all things Ferguson 20 and as a way of raising money and awareness for the wonderful charity called JACK & JILL.

         The event will be held on June 14th to June 15th 2025.

The run will start from the carpark of the old workhouse in Portumna where drivers can park their vehicles and trailers for the duration of the two days, security will be on site for the duration of the event ensuring the safety of your vehicle and trailer as you enjoy the run.

On day one the run will cover a distance of 68km brining us to the picturesque village of Portroe, Co. Tipperary, where we will park up for the night in a secure parking area and a huge BBQ is very kindly being held by the local vintage club where food and entertainment will be plenty, drivers can bring a tent or a camper van or a tow behind camper or they can also avail of the many local B&B accommodation options in the area.

On day two the run will cover a distance of 42km taking us back to the work house in Portumna.

The run passes through the villages of Gorteeny, Whitegate, Mountshannon, Tuamgraney, Ogonnelloe, Killaloe, Portroe, Newtown, Ballycommon, Knight Cross, Puckaun, Ballinderry, Terryglass, Carrigahorig, Portumna.
