Cavan - Cold Dip for Women's Aid - February 2026

Fancy a dip and a social tea or coffee while supporting Women's Aid?

Swim Ireland are inviting you to encourage your family and friends to come along and join us for a Cold Dip for Women's Aid on Monday 2nd of February @ 11am in Barnagrow Lake, Cavan. 

Swim Ireland will provide a lifeguard for the dip to ensure safety and provide tips and advice.

There will also be a donation bucket on the day if wish to make additional donations. All donations raised will be donated to Women's Aid.

Further Information

• This event is open to those of all abilities!
• Bring a towel with you.
• Swim hat provided on the day.
• Please wear or bring appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis, swim suits and or rashvests to allow for movement!
• Goggles not required.
• Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated, a towel / swim poncho and warm clothes for after your session!
