Lusk AC is delighted to hold a Heavy Throws competition in Lusk on Sunday 12th July, 12pm.
A few weeks before the National Seniors so a great warmup competition for the Weight for Height and also WfD and Shot later in the summer.
WfH will also allow entry in a Novices competition where you can throw a lighter weight to try the event for first timers.
Six throws for Shot/WfD.
Three attempts at each height for WfH.
