Whether you're lining up for your first EcoTrail Wicklow 10km, stepping up to the longer distances, balancing trainingwith family and career, or simply looking to stay active for life, this year's Gathering will explore what it really takes to perform well at EcoTrail—and beyond—not just for one race, but for the long haul.
