This cycle takes place on Saturday October 4th, 2025
Our cycle is not only about raising awareness for mental health in general but also about highlighting a very real and urgent issue: the high rates of suicide among men. Too often, stigma and silence prevent people from speaking out and seeking the help they need. By cycling together, we aim to start conversations, show solidarity, and break down the barriers that keep so many struggling in isolation.
We warmly encourage everyone – whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just looking to show your support – to join us on the day. Your presence helps shine a light on the importance of reaching out, speaking up, and supporting one another.
Together, we can promote understanding, reduce stigma, and encourage help-seeking behaviours that can truly save lives.
Build a Supportive Community. Strength lies in unity.
