Project WeightLoss 12 Week Term


Event Description:

Project Weightloss (PWL) is a 12 week exercise programme for individuals who want to get more active and lose excess weight.

Individuals with a body mass index of 25 and over are eligible for the programme. Sessions are run twice weekly indoors in local community centres and halls.

Sessions comprise of a wide range of educaional and exercise activities, equipping participants with the tools to be able to manage their weight in a healthy and safe manner.
