This 4-week Women on the Move Yoga programme is a fun, active programme, focusing on getting participants active through enjoyable yoga sessions lead by a professional tutor through an online platform (Zoom). Sessions can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home. The overall focus is on mobility and building total-body strength. Apart from a smartphone, laptop, or tablet, the only equipment you will require is a chair.
