This is a timed event brought to you by Na Fianna Ladies in partnership with “POP UP RACES” website: www.popupraces.ie

Each team can select their preferred time slot and will receive their designated heat time prior to the event. A detailed course layout map will also be provided in advance. This event is open to athletes of all fitness levels. There is no time limit, allowing everyone to challenge themselves at their own pace.

Official HYROX standards and judging will be enforced throughout the competition.

  • This is a non-refundable
  • The run in this simulation is shorter than in a typical HYROX event, which may result in faster finish times.
