Tour de Kilkenny 2025

All proceeds from the event going to five local charities.

Tour de Kilkenny is running a 70km, 110km and 160km route, there is a route to cater for cyclists of all abilities.

This event is strictly online registration only. The ticket price for registrations is €40 per entry. Once registered online sign on will take place on friday evening 6pm -8pm and on Saturday morning from 8am in Kilkenny Rugby Club, Foulkstown, Waterford Road, R95 CH68.

Start Times:

160km & 110km routes will start at 9 am

70km will start at 9 am

All entrants must sign on to collect wristbands for access to food stations and for contactability and safety reasons. Participants should note that this year we will be operating time restrictions at Mullinavat on the 160 km route. The time to be allotted will be generous but in the interest of safety Marshals will have cut off times at that junction. If cyclists do not reach this point in the alloted time they will be offered an alternative shorter route back to the Rugby Club by following the route of the 110 km challenge.

 

Failure to take the Marshal’s advice ( ie. Cyclists who wish to travel on the planned route ) will mean that support from Marshals and maintenance vehicles will not be provided from that point on. We do however feel that the cut-offs are generous and if you have done sufficient training to cycle comfortably in the hills of South Kilkenny then really you should have nothing to worry about!
