Open Water Sea Swim for Women 18+ as part of HER outdoors.

This once off Sea Swim will be led by a qualified tutor and will cover the following: all aspects of preparing for a swim/ dip, how to prevent hypothermia, considering weather conditions, tides, currents, what are the best times to swim, how to be visible and safe in the water, use of tow floats, improving breathing and stroke techniques, warming up and re-hydrating post swim.
