Mums on the Move is a new morning time programme scheduled just after school drop off. The programme includes 3 weeks of Circuits (Cardio, Strength and Core) and 3 weeks of Pilates (Balance & Flexibility). This 6 week programme will help you to increase your fitness level and improve overall health and wellbeing. Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
