Sallins Community Run 5k 10k 2026

The 23^rd Kildare (Sallins) Scout Group invite you to take part in our annual 5km and 10km event.

Run, jog or walk this is an event for all to enjoy. The scenic route which takes you along the Naas Canal Greenway, is a mostly flat ‘out & back’ route which would suit those looking for a ‘PB’.

This is a ‘chip’ timed event.

There will be an opportunity for late registration on the day at the Scout Den (W91 V8NY) from 9.30 am where we will be able to facilitate electronic payment via Revolut.

Number collection will be on the morning of the race from the Den between 9.30 and 10.45am.

The race will start at 11am sharp.

On the day you can expect:

• Parking at the train station and Supervalu (approximately a 5 mins walk from the start line) – please do not park in the housing estate.
• Refreshments in the Den afterwards.
• There will be cash prizes for the 1^st and 2^nd placed male and females in each event.
• Juniors can look forward to ‘spot prizes’ on the day.
