Lusk Heavy Throws

Lusk AC is delighted to hold a Heavy Throws competition in Lusk on Sunday 16th June, 12pm.

This is two weeks before the National Seniors so a great warmup competition for the Weight for Height and also WfD and Shot later in the summer.

WfH will also allow entry in a Novices competition where you can throw a lighter weight to try the event for first timers. 

6 throws for Shot/WfD.

3 attempts at each height for WfH.
