Event Description:
The Stand Up Paddle Boarding Flatwater Skills award enable participants to:
- Paddle safety and complently on sheltered flat water.
- Proform basic flat water Rescues.
- Be able to obtain and understand the relevant waether and tidel information.
This training will takes place over two days- 10 am- 3 pm, participants are asked to bring the following:
Lunch for both days
Swim wear and a towel
Good footwear
