Cork City 10K – Transfer Window Information
The Eventmaster transfer window for the Cork City 10K will open on Sunday, June 28th and will close on Sunday, July 26th.
If you are unable to take part and wish to transfer your entry, all transfers must be completed directly between the two individuals involved using the Eventmaster transfer system.

The Cork City 10k is back for 2026, and it's just the race for you.
Whether you are an elite athlete, club, or fun runner, this is an event you will not want to miss.
This is a special year for our race, with St Finbarr's A.C. celebrating it's 75th anniversary in 2026.
Come and celebrate with us by the banks of the Lee on Sunday August 16th.
The course is a scenic route with the first half overlooking the beautiful River Lee, while the second half of the race is on the flattest and straightest section of road in Cork.

The St. Finbarr's AC Cork City 10k is race 9 of 10 in the Peugeot Race Series https://www.popupraces.ie/peugeot-race-series-2026/
The race sells out early every year, and this years 75th anniversary event will also be extremely popular, so get your entry in early to avoid disappointment.

RACE INFORMATION
Race Date: Sunday 16th of August 2026
Start Time: 09:30am
Start line: Outside the main gate of Fitzgerald`s Park, the Mardyke, Cork City.
Finish line: The Lee Fields, on the banks of the River Lee, adjacent to The Kingsley Hotel.
Entry Fee: €31.95 (includes a uniquely designed 42k t-shirt and EventMaster booking fee).
Non Athletics Ireland members: An additional €2 fee is applied, which goes directly to Athletics Ireland.
Optional: Race number and tee shirt delivery for €6 (Highly recommended).
Number & t-shirt collection: The Kingsley Hotel, Friday 14th 6:30pm - 8:30pm, Saturday 15th August between 10:00am and 5:00pm.
There will be NO collection of numbers or tee-shirts on the day of the event - It is highly recommended that you opt for the delivery option, especially if you do not live in the Cork area.

Bag drop at The Kingsley hotel from 8:00am on the morning of the race
Water station: In addition to the on course water station, Refill Ireland will be on hand at the finish line to supply water in pre-filled reusable cups in line with the St. Finbarr's A.C. ethos to promote a sustainable event.
The mens course record: Currently held by Ryan Creech of Leevale AC in a time of 29.38
The ladies course record: Currently held by Niamh Allen of Leevale AC in a time 31.58
This years charity is the amazing Cork City Missing Persons Search & Recovery.
