The Irish Running Show is a two-day event for runners of all abilities and anyone interested in health and fitness.
There are 100+ brands to shop and explore, you can grab a drink or bite to eat from our food vendors and learn from our exciting line up of speakers. Want to get active on the day? Visit our interactive zones or have a go at Pilates and Yoga for runners.
With representatives from running clubs, races and events, you'll have the chance to chat to others and get your race calendar planned for the year ahead.
It's a day out for all ages so bring your family and friends- kids go free!
