Join us for a meaningful and energising day in the beautiful surrounds of St. Anne’s Park, Dublin 5, for Age Action's BIG 5k. This is our first 5k event and we hope to see you there!
This inclusive, non-competitive walk is open to people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're walking with friends, *family, with a beloved pet, or on your own, every step you take will help support older people across Ireland to live with dignity, independence, and equality.
Set against the scenic backdrop of one of Dublin’s most loved parks, the 5 km route offers a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone—from seasoned walkers to first-timers.
All participants will get a FREE t-shirt.
