About Mental Health Movement
Our founder, Caoimhin McNulty, started MHM in memory of his friend Brougue, who tragically took his own life at the young age of 13.
At the heart of our mission lies a passionate commitment to nurturing the mental health and well-being of children, young people and adults in the communities we call home. We offer engaging mental health workshops where young minds soak up invaluable information on mental well-being, self-care, and the art of supporting one another. But we don’t stop there – We support people to help them develop CVs, prepare for interviews and find employment. We provide crucial counselling services to children and young people through our associate counsellors. Currently, we’re running a counselling service for both adults and children where we are working closely with schools, community organisations and those who directly contact us. We hope to continue to build on this vital service.
