Paul Ryan fundraising for Milford Care Centre

Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising 🏃‍♂️ 5 Half Marathons. 5 Weeks. 1 Great Cause. This May 2026 I’m taking on another big challenge — running 5 Half Marathons in 5 Weeks to raise funds for Milford Care Centre 💙 . Last year we managed to raise €3300 so hopefully we will make another big donation this year . 📅 The runs will take place every Sunday in May . Milford Care Centre provides incredible care and support to patients and families when they need it most. I’d love your support to help raise as much as possible for this amazing service. I witnessed first hand the care shown to people out there when my aunt sadly passed away there recently . I’m sure we all know of someone who has needed care from the team at Milford over the years . This will be just a way of showing our appreciation . Every donation, share, and bit of encouragement means a lot 🙌 .

Milford Hospice is a provider of Specialist Palliative Care for people with a wide range of needs from rehabilitation to end of life care. This high quality, person-centred care is provided both on-site in our special facilities as well as in the local community. There are just over 350 staff and over 100 volunteers who deliver this excellent service for patients and their families at a most difficult time in their lives. In order to maintain services at levels capable of responding to the ever growing needs and operating to the highest standards of care, there continues to be a significant reliance on fundraising events which are vital to make up the shortfall necessary to sustain the provision of this quality of care on offer at Milford Hospice.
