Mind Your Mind takes on Dublin City Marathon 2026 fundraising for Jigsaw and SOSAD Ireland

Mind Your Mind began in 2021 as a birthday remembrance walk for Tom, following his heartbreaking loss to suicide. What started as a way for family, friends and our community to come together and remember Tom has grown over the years into an annual community event. Mind Your Mind is a simple message, to look after yourself and your mind. Each year, the walk brings community, connection and support through music, inspiring stories and, most importantly, togetherness. It’s about looking after our mental health, staying connected, talking when things are difficult and remembering that while we all have our own challenges to face, having people around us can make us feel that little bit less alone. This October, we’re taking that message from the streets of Trim to the streets of Dublin for 42.2km! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒ When we thought about what it takes to run a marathon, it reminded us so much of what Mind Your Mind is all about. We all have our own race to run. We have to put in the work, take the steps and look after ourselves, but having community, connection, encouragement and support around us can make those difficult miles that little bit easier. Our Mind Your Mind runners will take on Dublin City Marathon together, raising awareness and funds for SOSAD Ireland & Jigsaw, with all funds raised split equally between both charities. YOUR RACE TO RUN. NEVER YOURS TO RUN ALONE. ✌️ Thank you for supporting us, every donation, share and word of encouragement means so much. πŸ’š
