Megan O’Boyle fundraising for ARC Cancer Support Centre (Dublin)

On May 3rd, I’ll be running the Dublin City Half Marathon in support of ARC Cancer Support Centres. I lost my Dad just a few weeks ago after his battle with leukaemia. Walking alongside someone through cancer is something that changes you forever. You see first hand how important support is - not just medically but emotionally and psychologically too. Over the past few months, running became my therapy. On the hardest days, it gave me space to process, breathe and keep moving forward. The support of my run club and community carried me more than they probably realise. ARC Cancer Support Centres provide free psychological and emotional support to people living with cancer and their families. Their work makes an incredibly difficult journey just that little bit less lonely. If you feel able to donate, I would be so grateful. Every contribution big or small will make a difference. Thank you for supporting me and for helping me honour Dad in this way 🤍
