We are fundraising for the Northern Ireland Hospice, a charity that is close to both Martina and Gemma's hearts. They supported their family unconditionally throughout their mothers illness. The NI Hospice relies purely on charity and fundraising to help families and patients throughout cancer treatments and at the end stages of their lives.
