I am running the Dublin City Half Marathon in May in aid of Oscar's Kids and in memory of my beautiful nephew Brody who we lost in August 2025. He was only 9 years old. He sadly was diagnosed with DIPG in May 2024. During his illness Oscar's Kids were beyond anything we can describe. From treats and presents,to trips and most importantly, with their help, he became an award winning Roblox Developer and 5 days before he passed away, he won Game of the Year at the 2025 Dublin Comic Con. His dreams came true, and we can never thank them enough for the role they played in that. Since his passing, they have remained a huge support to my sister and family. They are angels on this earth. They lost their own son to the same brain tumour as Brody. I just hope the two boys are looking down and see just what Oscar's Kids are doing for families.
