Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for Enable Ireland. I will run the Dublin Marathon 2024 to raise funds for the Assistive Technology Loan Library service, where library members can borrow from a wide range of devices to trial with service users/service owners and for professional training purposes. - Assistive Technology is any technology or service used by a person with a disability to help them complete a task or participate in an activity they would otherwise find difficult. - Enable Ireland provides services to children and adults with disabilities and their families from over 40 locations in 14 counties and provide support to over 13,000 children and adults, and their families.
About Enable Ireland
Enable Ireland is a charitable organisation which provides health and social services to children and adults with physical, sensory, intellectual disabilities and autism. Enable Ireland has 40 service centres in 14 counties and provides support to over 13,000 children and adults, and their families. Every year, additional funds need to be raised in order to meet the costs of delivering services so that Enable Ireland can continue to provide the best possible supports to children and adults with disabilities in Ireland.
