About Cancer Trials Ireland CLG
Cancer Trials Ireland is the leading cancer research trials organisation in Ireland.
Our vision is to provide every patient with cancer access to high-quality and potentially life altering cancer trials and make Ireland a highly attractive location to open cancer trials.
Our mission is to develop and provide access to the most efficient and effective cancer clinical trials network, which includes research units, clinical and operational leadership, and enabling services.
We work with the foremost Medical, Surgical and Radiation Oncologists, as well as Haematologists and Research Specialists (Oncology Research Nurses, Translational Scientists, Data Managers, Pharmacists and staff) in Ireland. 98% of all cancer treating specialists in Ireland are members of Cancer Trials Ireland.
About Curragh to Curragh Charity Cycle Campaign 2025
Starting time: 10am at the Curragh racecourse (lots of parking provided)
Distance:100km
Route: Curragh racecourse - Prosperous - Kilcock - Moyglare Stud (stop) - Maynooth - Straffan - Sallins - Naas racecourse (stop) - Punchestown racecourse - Gilltown Stud (stop) - Curragh racecourse (final stop).
The Curragh To Curragh charity cycle in aid of Cancer Trails Ireland is taking place on Sat Aug 30th this year.
Previously the event was the Coast To Curragh. The total is 100km but people can join in along the way.
It is a fun day out. Cyclists will receive tickets for themselves and 2 friends to attend the races at the Curragh that day.
