Keen Beans fundraising for Northern Ireland Kidney Research Fund (NIKRF)
We’re running in support of the Northern Ireland Kidney Research Fund (NIKRF), a cause close to our hearts. Niall’s stepbrother recently received a kidney transplant from his mum, and Jordan and Sarah’s little boy was born with one kidney. We’re taking this on as a relay, which means shared miles and negotiation (including Jordan doubling up as Sarah's “emotional support husband” meaning he has to run 2 legs), and ongoing debate over who gets the final leg (mainly Niall, because it finishes near his boat where he will be heading straight after).
