Hello, I'll be running the Dublin Half Marathon on May 3rd to raise money for the Irish Lung Fibrosis Association. Fibrosis is a debilitating disease that causes scarring of the lungs and severe breathing issues. Most people know that when a parent gets sick in Ireland, be it Fibrosis, Parkinson's or Cancer, it is exactly these charities that become an essential lifeline. So please, if you have a few euro spare, this is a good cause and will go a long way. Cheers G

The Irish Lung Fibrosis Association supports patients and the lung fibrosis community with education, advocacy, research, and direct services. Lung Fibrosis (or pulmonary fibrosis) is a serious and life-limiting lung condition that occurs in adults.

Course: Starting in the heart of the City Centre on O’Connell Street the course will take runners out of the north of the city and will finish back in the city centre.
