About Limerick Treaty Suicide Prevention
We are a volunteer group patrolling the bridges of Limerick City 4 nights a week providing assistance to those who are struggling and may be at risk of suicide.
About Cook Medical Mini Marathon 2026
The 2026 Cook Medical Mini Marathon will return to the University of Limerick on Sunday 4th October! Over the last four years, the event has raised over €250,000 for local charities. Event organisers hope that this years all-inclusive race will continue to raise much-needed funds for charity. The event kicks off at noon on Sunday 4th October, at the University of Limerick Sports Arena. Participants of all ages will run, jog, or walk the 5 km and 10 km courses at their own pace while raising funds for personally chosen charities in Limerick, the Mid-West, and nationwide.
