Dylan Moore, Denise O Brien & Claire Fitzgerald fundraising for Milford Care Centre in Cook Medical Mini Marathon 2024

Hi All, Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Your support is really appreciated. If you can help us to promote this page, we would greatly appreciate it. You can share our page on any social media using the social sharing sections. I am doing this with my cousin Dylan and sister Claire in memory of our very much missed and loved Aunt & Mam Ann. Ann was only 49 when she passed away on the 4th of July 2024 in the care of Milford Hospice. That day our lives changed forever. We lost the most loving Aunt we could have ever wished for and her boys lost their beautiful wife and mother. We are raising funds for Milford hospice who took great care of Ann and her family during her journey to meet with the angels. This is a small gesture to show our appreciation for the care given to our Aunt in her time of need. Ann is missed beyond words and will always remain in our hearts 💕

Owner messages:

Thank you to everyone for all the donations and support over the last few weeks. It really has been overwhelming. We have really enjoyed the morning and are really happy with the donation that Milford have received in memory of our beautiful Ann. I'm sure she was there with us all beaming the whole way around with pride and love. X x x

Hi All, Just a little note to say thank you to everyone that has donated or even shared this page. We started this page with an expectation of €300 and it has far exceeded our goal. We will be thinking of each and every one of you on Sunday. Thank you for helping us give a little back to Milford x

About Milford Care Centre

Milford Hospice is a provider of Specialist Palliative Care for people with a wide range of needs from rehabilitation to end of life care. This high quality, person-centred care is provided both on-site in our special facilities as well as in the local community. There are just over 350 staff and over 100 volunteers who deliver this excellent service for patients and their families at a most difficult time in their lives. In order to maintain services at levels capable of responding to the ever growing needs and operating to the highest standards of care, there continues to be a significant reliance on fundraising events which are vital to make up the shortfall necessary to sustain the provision of this quality of care on offer at Milford Hospice.
