About HURT
HURT (Have Your Tomorrows) was founded in October 2002, to provide treatment and support services to individuals and families affected by addiction across the North West. HURT consists of a holistic care package of support to clients to include a Listening Ear service, Auricular Acupuncture, Counselling and Complimentary therapies.
About Darkness Into Light with Hurt
Darkness Into Light 2026 is a global 5km walk, which will take place around 4:15 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2026. Walking from the darkness into the light i.e. sunrise which is different times in different locations. This inspiring event symbolizes hope, as communities come together to support mental health and prevent suicide.
There are many ways to get involved. Join an official Darkness Into Light walk or create your own DIL fundraiser—whether it’s a bake sale, a car wash, a sponsored silence, a run, or a swim. Rally your family, friends, and colleagues in your local area to make a difference.
