Ciara Ennis fundraising for Breakthrough Cancer Research in Analog Devices Cork City Marathon 2026
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Cancer research is a cause that is deeply personal to me, which is why I’ll be running the Cork City Half Marathon to help raise vital funds for this incredible charity. Any support, no matter how small, would be hugely appreciated. Thank you so much for your generosity.
About Breakthrough Cancer Research
Breakthrough Cancer Research is an Irish medical research charity focused on cancer, working hard to make sure our family, friends, and communities have access to the best treatments for cancer and never have to hear the words, 'there is no hope.'
Breakthrough invests in world-class research to impact the quality of life for people with cancer, and to save lives. Particularly focusing on improving the outcomes for cancers that are currently poorly served by available treatment options.
About Analog Devices Cork City Marathon 2026
Organised by Cork City Council, the Analog Devices Cork City Marathon has three distances: the
Full Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K race. The routes weave through Cork
City’s scenic and vibrant streets and suburbs, past iconic landmarks and along
the bustling quays. The incredible support from Corkonians lining the streets,
paired with the camaraderie among participants, guarantees a memorable day for
all.
The Analog Devices Cork City Marathon is open to all, from elite athletes chasing
records to first-time runners tackling personal goals. It's more than a
race—it’s about community, resilience, and making a difference.
Building on the €300,000 raised for 70 charity partners in 2025, we aim
to double this target in the coming years. With our new tagline ‘Your Race,
Their Hope.’ We encourage participants to run for causes close to their hearts,
making every stride on May 31st count towards vital, life-changing work.
As a full member of AIMs the Analog Devices Cork City Marathon is IAAF certified.
