Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I am travelling to Kenya in January 2026, as a volunteer with the Vincentian Lay Missionary organisation. I will be working with children who have special needs, until early March. In order to raise money for this charity, my daughter Hannah and I are participating in the Cork Echo mini marathon on September. 21st Your support is really appreciated. If you can help us to promote this page we would greatly appreciate it. You can share my page on any social media using the social sharing sections. Thanks again!

About Vincentian Lay Missionaries (VLM)

VLM is a not-for-profit volunteer sending organisation established in 2006. Our volunteers work in Tanzania, Ethiopia, Ghana, and Kenya in partnership with the Vincentian Fathers and Daughters of Charity. All of our partner projects are embedded in their communities and strive to serve people living in extreme poverty. Volunteers work in education, health care and sustainable livelihoods projects. They share their skills and experience, lend support and spend time with individuals experiencing poverty in some of the most challenging environments in the world. Our motto is “do one thing, do something”. VLM also fundraises for these projects, providing funding at a grassroots level that goes to exactly where it is needed by the community. Funding has been secured for schools, disability centres, youth projects, street childrens projects, kindergartens, and health facilities. We can assure donors that their money goes to where it will make a real difference and makes an impact.
