Alex Quinn, Ellen Moloney & Chloe Morrissey fundraising for Irish Red Cross

We are running the 2025 Dublin Marathon to fundraise for the Irish Red Cross Gaza appeal. The Irish Red Cross is providing crucial support to the families of children from Gaza who have arrived in Ireland to receive medical treatment. This support includes assistance with accommodation, transport to medical appointments, and dedicated Arabic-speaking caseworkers to help families navigate their new environment and access necessary services. The Irish Red Cross is supporting the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS), who are working tirelessly in extremely dangerous conditions with severely limited resources. In Gaza, PRCS healthcare workers are providing emergency relief and medical aid to those who need it, despite only 12 of their 29 clinics and medical points functioning at limited capacity. PRCS also facilitates medical evacuations, providing mental health and psychosocial support, emergency relief, cash assistance, setting up shelter sites, and supporting rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. In the West Bank, PRCS is responding to the humanitarian needs of the population, providing essential relief assistance as well as emergency and other healthcare services, including the provision of essential medicine and blood units where needed. Any donation, no matter how small, can make a difference.
