Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. In July of this year myself and my husband Paddy lost our baby girl Andrea at 5 months gestation. On November 14th, around the time I should have been giving birth to our baby, I will take part in the Clontarf half marathon to raise funds for the charity. Féileacáin. Féileacáin helped us during this very difficult time, along with amazing support and care from the Coombe hospital where I delivered baby Andrea. I hope to raise as much as possible for this amazing charity that provides so much help and support to families during such a difficult period of their lives. Any donation to this charity would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. 💜

About Féileacáin (Stillbirth & Neonatal Death Association of Ireland

Féileacáin (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Association of Ireland – SANDAI) was formed in 2009 and subsequently registered as a charity in 2010 ( CHY – 19635). Féileacáin was formed by a group of bereaved parents to offer support to anyone affected by the death of a baby around the time of birth, and the organisation is now the national charity supporting families affected by perinatal loss. Féileacáin is a volunteer led organisation and receives no funding from central government, relying instead on the support of our community and the families who avail of our services.

About Joe Duffy BMW Clontarf 5 Mile and Half Marathon November 2026 Fundraising Campaign

Welcome to Joe Duffy BMW Clontarf half marathon and 5 mile. It takes place in the scenic setting of Clontarf Promenade and Bull Island with views of Howth Head and Dublin bay. The race is contained within an off road promenade and Bull Island giving it unique and relaxing appeal. This year we are partnered with the Mater Hospital Foundation charity and are encouraging all participants to make a difference for critically ill patients and their families while taking part. This fundraising platform allows runners to promote and fundraise for worthy charitable causes that they have a strong significant meaning with. By registering for the race, you will have the option to tell us about your charity and the reason you are looking to raise funds. We will use this fundraising platform to showcase these stories and together we will help raise funds for some worthy causes!
