HUGG is a national suicide bereavement organisation. We provide information on grief after suicide, telephone support, suicide bereavement support groups, signposting to services, and research and advocacy and
All support groups are run by trained volunteers who have lived experience of suicide loss.
Our support groups offer a safe, non-judgemental environment where those bereaved by suicide can share their experiences and feelings, giving and gaining support from each other.
The aftermath of a suicide is shocking, debilitating, surreal and life-changing. But you can learn to live with this loss. It is not easy, but there is hope.
