Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the 2026 Aer Arann Half Marathon, taking place this April on Inis Mór and supporting patient care in the Mater Hospital. This is my next big challenge to help Mater Foundation.. Our son Robbie had been attending Mater hospital for almost 8 years with a lung condition called Pulmonary Hypertension. He was extremely lucky to receive a Double Lung Transplant on July 16th 2025.He had some mild complications but was always a very high risk of developing infections . Unfortunately poor Robbie lost his fight after a resilient battle for 7 months in Febuary 19th this year . As many of ye know by now ,we now have Team Robbie on board to help raise much needed funds for Mater Foundation. With these funds Mater Foundation can help next person in need of medical attention and patient care like our family required... It can be any family,like ours . Every little bit helps .
