Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the 2026 Aer Arann Half Marathon, taking place this April on Inis Mór and supporting patient care in the Mater Hospital. This is my next big challenge to help Mater Foundation.. As many of ye know ,we have been attending Mater hospital for few years now for my son . Robbie received his double lung transplant in July 25 . He had a complicated post op period and these complications continue today as an in patient in ICU. Understandably it's a worrying time for the family but I also feel it's so important to continuing to help in what ever way I can . So challenge is Half marathon in Aran Islands in April . Any donations are greatly appreciated at this time Thank you all x💪

About Aer Arann Islands Half Marathon 2026
The famous Aer Arann Islands Half Marathon returns to Inis Mór this spring, from 10th to 12th April 2026, with the marathon itself happening on Saturday, 11th April, all to support patient care in the Mater Hospital.
For more than 20 years, the Aer Arann Islands Half Marathon has supported worthy causes. We are honoured to work with the Marathon Committee to raise the funds to enable us to transform and improve patient care in The Mater Hospital, which provides expert, specialist treatment to hundreds of thousands of sick people and their families from all across Ireland each and every year.
The crucial funds you raise through the Aer Arann Half Marathon will allow our doctors and nurses to provide the very best care to critically ill patients when they need it most.
