Pedal Pushers Marathon Crushers's team fundraising for Breakthrough Cancer Research

In 2025, we take on a 2 part challenge that will push the limits of endurance and determination, all to raise funds for Breakthrough Cancer Research. Our event features two thrilling components: a 300km cycling challenge and a marathon run. 6 dedicated individuals will tackle the cycling portion (Bogdan Hrechka, Chris Todd, Daragh Fogarty, Jonah and Ian Craig). After this, Jonah and Eva Craig will be lacing up their running shoes to complete a 42km marathon. Breakthrough Cancer Research is the leading cancer research charity in Ireland, supporting more than 165 researchers at 13 institutions. We focus our research on developing new diagnostics and better treatments for poor prognosis and currently incurable cancers, in recent years we already have brought eight new cancer treatments from the laboratory to clinical trial. Your support will help accelerate our research of these and other difficult to treat cancers such as lung, brain, liver, stomach and ovarian.
